Additional guidelines:
Animation: Within standard ad units, animation may loop 3 times, 15 sec. max. However, "strobe" and/or "shaking" effects are strictly prohibited.
 
Open window commands: Mouse-over interaction with an ad can only provoke ad interaction within the current open browser window. Simple mouse-over must not link a user to a new Web site.
