I agree with Philippe, the technical staff is hopelessly inept. This is the most recent complaint I've sent to the FCC.
KTLA, channel 5, in the Los Angeles Area, fails to post their EPG data (nearly) every weekend. This creates a problem for (some) receivers, as they pause for 5-10 seconds searching for the missing data, when they pass by channel 5 in the listings.
I'm just a consumer, who's been searching for the appropriate place to complain about this issue, so please pass this along to anyone you feel needs to know.

big fan of morning news. wake up to team each morning! can u please update your substandard broadcasting equipment that keeps breaking down on sam rubin and/or hire a staff that won't make him look almost every morning like a buffoon! please help him!!
