Sounds like dear old dad is schizophrenic on top of the narcotics, and a long history of violence. The mother should be charged, too; that boy should never have been left alone with the father. Such a beautiful little boy born to such terrible parents. It breaks my heart.

This is absolutely horrible. Why don't family member's intercede? They see parent's abusing & neglecting their children & they do nothing. And then they claim to be SHOCKED.

The United States Legal System SUCKS! Why was the father and mother allowed to reside with the boy after having prior convictions. The United States Legal System is a fraud.
