LOS ANGELES -- A 23-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly using a blow torch to damage 11 cars in the San Fernando Valley.

Police responded to a call of a vehicle arson around 1:30 Friday along the 20500 block of Keswick Street in Canoga Park, according to LAPD Sgt. Pablo Monterrosa.

While officers were interviewing witnesses, calls of more cars set ablaze throughout the area started coming in, including some on Hartland Street and Stagg Street.

Jonathan Reyna was arrested at his home about 45 minutes later, officials said.

Officers say they caught Reyna because he left his pick-up truck and wallet behind ... leading police to his residence.

He was booked for investigation of arson and was being held on $50,000 bail.

There was no word on a motive in the attacks.
