CERRITOS -- Authorities have released surveillance images of a man accused of fondling a 12-year-old girl at a Target store in Cerritos.
The incident occurred Tuesday evening inside a Target store located at 11525 South St., according to Los Angeles County sheriff's officials.
Investigators say the man approached the girl as she looked at CDs. He stood very close to her and then fondled the girl's chest area over her clothing, officials said.
Deputies say he then grinned at the girl and left the store.
