WOODLAND HILLS- A 5 year old girl was injured when a car slammed into a strip mall dry cleaners, fire authorities say.
The crash occurred at 2:50 p.m. Saturday in the 22800 block of Ventura Boulevard, said Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Erik Scott.
A 5 year old girl injured in the crash was airlifted in serious condition to to UCLA Medical Center, Scott said.
It is speculated the driver mistook the accelerator for the brake.
No other injuries were reported.
