Authorities say Jorene was bed-ridden due to crippling arthritis.

She reportedly had been hospitalized previously but hadn't received medical help in some time.

Prosecutors say her body was found covered with flies, maggots and bed sores.

White is being held at the Hamilton County Jail.

He faces a maximum prison sentence of 11-1/2 years.
