PASADENA -- A half-dozen criminal charges have been filed against a 33-year-old man accused of stalking Dr. Drew Pinsky, star of the reality TV show "Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew" and the nationally syndicated radio show "Loveline."

Charles William Pearson is set to be arraigned this afternoon in Pasadena Superior Court on one count of stalking and five counts of criminal threats.

Pearson was arrested Wednesday morning at Pierce College in Woodland Hills on a probable-cause warrant for stalking, Pasadena police Lt. George Wiley said.

He's accused of sending threatening Internet messages to Dr. Drew Pinsky, star of the reality show "Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew" and the nationally syndicated radio show "Loveline."

Investigators say Pearson also showed up at one of the radio stations affiliated with Dr. Drew and made threats against the physician.

According to celebrity web site TMZ, Pearson harassed two radio stars at KROQ -- Kevin and Bean. KROQ runs "Loveline."

Pearson's bail was set at $150,000. He was being held in a Pasadena lockup, Wiley said.
