LOS ANGELES ( KTLA) -- Dr. Arnie Klein, Michael Jackson's former dermatologist, was evacuated from his Windsor Square home Monday morning after a fire broke out in the kitchen.
Klein was reportedly one of four people evacuated from the 11,000 square-foot home in the 500 block of South Windsor Ave. after the fire broke out just before 7 a.m.
KTLA's Sky 5 HD helicopter showed a man believed to be Dr. Klein being wheeled out of the home and placed into an ambulance. He seemed to be in good spirits.
Officials say the injuries were mostly smoke inhalation. Everyone was expected to be okay.
Dr. Klein is accused of administering 51 Demerol injections in a 3-month span to Michael Jackson up until the week of his death in June 2009.
