TROY -- A father and son have been arrested on felony sexual assault charges for allegedly abusing the same child.
Scott Wolf, 40, and his 18-year old son Robert are charged with first-degree misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child and felony first-degree course of sexual conduct against a child.
Police say the victim was 10-year old girl and was acquainted with the family.
According to investigators, the abuse continued for several months.
Scott Wolf has previously been the subject of a Troy Police investigation:
In 2005, he was arrested for sending pictures of himself masturbating to whom he believed to be a 14-year old girl on the internet.
Wolf pleaded guilty to misdemeanor obscenity in 2007.
He was sentenced to time served and ordered to pay a $500 fine and avoid internet chat rooms.
He did not need to register as a sex offender.
Wolf and his son are being held in the Rensselaer County Jail on no bail.
