HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. -- A 38-year old parolee living in an RV outside of his parents house was charged on Tuesday in the murder of a 21-year-old woman.
The body of Arias Fagan was found Sunday afternoon in Ean Keith Brown's RV.
Huntington Beach police say Fagan had been staying with relatives down the street.
Police believe Brown strangled Fagan in his RV sometime between Friday and Sunday and wrapped her body in a blanket.
Brown recently served time in prison for burglary and has a long criminal history.
He has been charged with felony murder and faces sentencing enhancements because of two prior strike convictions.
If convicted, he faces 85 years to life in prison.
Brown is being held on $1 Million bail.
