LOS ANGELES -- A 22-year-old man has been charged with murder and assault with a firearm for allegedly killing one man and wounding another in a weekend shooting outside a Koreatown karaoke bar.
Louis Woo Lee is scheduled to be arraigned this afternoon at the downtown Los Angeles courthouse on the two felony charges.
The shooting occurred at the M2 Cafe & Karaoke bar at 4001 W. Sixth St. about 2:10 a.m. Sunday, according to Los Angeles police.
Investigators say Michael Lee, 36, of Anaheim Hills, was shot in the head and was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where he was declared dead.
A 37-year-old Los Angeles man, whose name was withheld, suffered a graze wound to his head and was expected to survive.
