LOS ANGELES -- Rush hour became 'buff hour' Thursday when a naked man startled drivers on the 405 Freeway.
California Highway Patrol officers say the calls started coming in just before 4:30 p.m. about a man with no clothes on spotted in the center divide of the freeway.
CHP was then flooded with similar calls.
Long Beach police detained 21-year-old Patrick O'Conner, of Auburn, Calif., and gave him a mental health evaluation, officials said.
He was taken into custody and charged with misdemeanor indecent exposure.
