TMZ says that the agreement was signed two weeks ago but hasn't been filed with the court yet.

Charlie will still have visitation rights, but Denise will make all the decisions regarding the children.

TMZ is also reporting that Sheen pays Richards $50,000 per month in child support.

There's also speculation that he and his current wife, Brooke Mueller, are in the process of getting divorced. The couple married in 2008 and have twin sons.

Sheen has pleaded not guilty to domestic violence charges stemming from a Christmas Day incident in which he is accused of holding a knife to Mueller's throat. His trial in that case is set for July 21st.

Sheen also voluntarily entered rehab in February.
