Noah Ferrer, 11 (KTLA) |
Jennifer Ferrer was driving with her son, Noah, in a Honda sedan when the driver of a Suburban ran a red light and crashed into their car.
"I didn't know what hit us and all of sudden I looked up and the car was spinning," says Ferrer who turned to her son after it happened and saw that "he had his head down like this pulling on the seatbelt like he was choking on it, his body was hanging outside the passenger door."
Ferrer was the sole survivor in the crash. Her son Noah died and three brothers who were inside the Suburban were also killed in the crash.
Ferrer says her son looked up at the sky and his last words were, "Is this the end? Am I going home, is there where my life ends?"
Noah went to church weekly with his family and his mom says he "loved going to church."
Ferrer's husband, Steven believes it is a miracle that his wife survived with only bumps and bruises.
There is a fund set up for Noah's funeral at Well's Fargo under the account number: 5562086321 (In care of Noah Ferrer/Joanne Cardona).
