LOS ANGELES ( KTLA) -- A KTLA Special Report Tuesday night looked into the life of a so-called ' crack baby.' They were infants with a myriad of physical and mental problems born to crack cocaine addicted mothers in the 1980s. Now, some 20 years later, Michaela Pereira discovers what happened to one these children and where his life has taken him.
