BIXBY, Oklahoma -- Peanut butter is sticky, especially if you try to lick the bottom of the jar. That's apparently what one skunk did in Oklahoma.
A woman delivering newspapers spotted the creature wandering around with its head stuck inside a jar of Skippy peanut butter.
She called a "skunk whisperer" who used a rag soaked in chloroform to mildly sedate the animal and pull the jar off its head.
The newly-freed skunk was apparently pleased and did not spray its rescuer before it ran away unharmed.
