A probable cause statement says the alleged victim's mother contacted authorities after her son said he and Underwood played a "tickling game" involving sexual contact at Underwood's Anthem home.

The victim's mother says she once worked for Underwood.

The Sheriff's Office says the 9-year-old provided descriptive and graphic information during two interviews which implicated the naturopathic doctor (N.D.) on felony child molestation charges.

The "tickle game," court documents show, involved the boy rubbing Underwood's penis. In other instances, Underwood is alleged to have put the boy's penis in his mouth.

Underwood told police the victim would often instigate the "tickle game" and he told him to stop every time he grabbed his penis.

The victim says the "tickle game" happened once a week from at least July until last month.

Underwood is being held without bond.

His next court date is Dec. 16.
