NEWPORT BEACH -- A former athletic trainer at Tustin High School who pleaded guilty to having sex with a student won't spend any time in jail.
Hope Ashley Jacoby, 24, pleaded guilty on Wednesday to seven felony charges involving sex with a minor.
She faces up to three years of probation and 30 days of community service when she is sentenced on July 29.
Jacoby engaged in a year-long relationship with a 16-year-old male student, according to authorities in Orange county.
Prosecutors said the two had sex in her car and at her home in San Juan Capistrano.
School officials became aware of the relationship after being told about images Jacoby apparently sent to the student's phone.
