AIKEN, South Carolina (KTLA) -- Police say a 10-year old trick or treater pulled a gun on a woman who joked about wanting to steal his candy.
According to the Augusta Chronicle, the 28-year old woman was handing out candy at her door on Halloween.
She said she recognized one of the children and teased him about wanting to take his candy.
At that point, the boy allegedly whipped out a gun and said, “No you’re not.”
The boy was with a group and allegedly had a 9 mm handgun he obtained from his grandfather without permission, the paper reported.
The gun was not loaded, but the boy had a loaded clip in his pocket.
The boyÂ’s brother also had a gun, which was recovered by police.
