Hotel guest Doug Hac told WeHo Daily that as he was leaving the hotel there was a "crazy guy on the roof" who "claims to have a bomb."

Others said he was waving a stick and was calling himself, "Jesus."

Authorities say the man may have a mental health problem.

The hotel was reportedly surrounded by squad cars and a helicopter after it was evacuated.

By 6:00 p.m. the man was arrested and taken into custody by the Los Angeles Police Department, Hollywood Division, officers confirmed.

The incident is under investigation.
