"The Breast Milk Baby" doll is coming to America. It's a doll that comes with a halter top that enables little girls to simulate breast feeding.
The company who makes it claims the doll lets young girls express their love and affection in the most natural way possible by simulating naturalnursing.
While it's a hit in some countries, many people aren't excited about it coming here? Educational? Or is it too much? We showed the breast milk baby commercial to women and men but who better to talk to than a breastfeeding mom.
"I still breastfeed but not in front of my other kids..I do it in my room because its private," says Sacramento mother Elizabeth Scrivner. She has three daughters and she runs a daycare. She says she will not buy this doll.
Berjuan Toys launched the breastfeeding doll in the United States last week with the intent of teaching kids about the benefits of breastfeeding. We asked a few young boys for their opinion.
They tell Fox 40's Tihanna McCleese the doll is 'inappropriate' and it 'glorifies pregnancy'. A spokesman for the company says "churches all over the world are filled with images of Mary nursing baby Jesus and God supports the breast milk baby".
