Man Arrested After Killing, Eating A Bobcat While High On Meth

MORGAN HILL, CA (PIX11—

Police arrested a California man after he killed and ate a bobcat near his home while high on methamphetamine.

While searching for a marijuana farm, officers came across the trailer home of Henry Arnibal, 38, of Morgan Hill. When police investigated Arnibal's trailer home, they reportedly found a supply of methamphetamine, roughly 50 roosters, cockfighting gaffs (hooks that attach to the rooster's leg) and the bobcat carcass hung on the fence.

"They [deputies] talked to the person who was on the property and they wondered why the carcass was there," NBC Bay Area quoted Santa Clara County Deputy District Attorney Steve Lowney. "What they found out was that, apparently the bobcat had eaten five of the roosters a day or two prior, and that the person had taken a .22 caliber rifle and shot the bobcat, and then ate the bobcat and hung it on a fence."

It is apparently not illegal to eat a bobcat, but Arnibal now faces charges for killing it without a license. It is not clear whether or not he cooked the animal before eating it.

Arnibal was arrested and charged with drug possession, carrying cockfighting gaffs and killing a bobcat.

After excessive or prolonged use of meth, the effects of using (insomnia. appetite supression) decreases as your body builds a tolerance to the drug. Don't be ridiculous, of coarse people who use meth eat. I suppose it is a good thing that you had never reached that level in your experience with using meth, but I would expect an ex meth user to be more cognitive. I would seriously advise you to refrain from making public comments on topics which you so obviously have very little knowledge of.

I agree with kimberly spies ,meth is considered an appetite suppressant,there is no way he ate a Bobcat while high. although he was probably hungry after he crashed from the meth. They clearly wrote this out of shock value ,maybe to scare people not to use that nasty drug. Meth Kills People!
