Reward: Dismembered Man Found in Shopping Cart
LOS ANGELES - Police are offering a $50,000 reward in the death and dismemberment of a man discovered in a shopping cart.

The remains of the unidentified man were found at 8622 Langdon Ave. in North Hills three years ago.

Investigators say the victim's feet, hands and head had been removed.

Today, police and city leaders asked for the public's help in identifying John Doe 28.

The coroner's office believes the victim was white or Latino, about 5 feet 6, with a medium build. He was likely between 23 and 35.
