Please take note that, many, if not all of these indivudals, have spent a decade or more on California's Death Row, or, died of natural cause on Death Row. Similiarly, some are placed in the general population in one of California's prisons. What's wrong with all this? Not that they have not been put to death or anything, but the familes of the victims have to see their faces all over the media. Not only that, they are held up to a certain level of fame, such as, "notorious killers", where Hollywood has profited from their doings.
