LOS ANGELES -- Police have found a 62-year-old Alzheimer's disease patient who was missing Friday in the Mid-City area.
Ruth Franklin was found around 8:15 p.m. Friday in Hollywood.
She had last been seen walking east on Olympic Boulevard toward South La Brea Avenue Wednesday about 12:30 p.m., according to Los Angeles police. The woman had gone missing before, and her family was concerned because Alzheimer's disease has diminished her mental capacity.
