Paciugo Gelato Caffe

Allie Mac Kay was live at Paciugo Gelato Caffe in Hermosa Beach making a Fresh gelato and sorbet. Paciugo Gelato is made with milk only and all natural ingredients, no butter fat, cream, or artificial flavorings, making the gelato 70% less fat and calories than regular ice cream. The sorbets are made with milk, fresh fruit, and natural sugar making it fat free and dairy free. We also offer soy and no sugar added flavors as well. We have over 250 flavors in our recipe book ranging from Mediterranean Sea Salt Caramel (the local's favorite), Black Cherry Swirl, Black Pepper Olive Oil, and Strawberry Port Wine sorbet.
