An installation of Marmol Radziner Prefab's latest home, the "HOLLYWOOD HYBRID". The luxury prefab home is registered with US Green Building Council for certification under its LEED program upon completion. The award-winning prefab modules are loaded on to flat-bed trucks at the Vernon, California based prefab factory, transported to Hollywood, and craned into place in a residential neighborhood. The unique prefab home installation event demonstrates how the sleek house, inspired by modernist principals, is designed to have a low carbon and ecological footprint, by utilizing energy saving features and building its modules in a factory to minimize construction waste.
