Firecracker Buffalo Bacon Chili

1.25lbs of 90% lean ground beef 3 strips center cut bacon 2 oz. of canned diced jalapenos 2 oz. of canned diced green chiles 4 oz. (1/2 small can) of El Pato Hot Tomato Sauce 4 oz. of Franks RedHot Buffalo Sauce 1 packet (1.48oz) of Lawry's Chili Seasoning Sprinkle of the following: -Garlic Powder -Chili Powder -Cayenne Pepper -Crushed Red Peppers -Pepper

Cut Bacon into bite size pieces and discard most of fatty pieces (keeping mostly lean) Fry Bacon in skillet until crispy and put aside in bowl to add later Brown the Ground Beef in same skillet after draining most of the bacon grease Add remaining ingredients and ground beef into crock pot and cook on low for 4-6 hours stirring occasionally. After 2-3 hours, once chili begins to boil, add the bacon to cook with chili Serve in a bowl with your favorite toppings and a large glass of a cold beverage!!!
