  23. Murdered Mayor's Toxicology Report comes back Clean

    The Belleville News-Democrat is reporting that the St. Clair County Coroner Rick Stone says that murdered Mayor John Thornton system did not have any alcohol or illegal drugs at the time of his death.  Thornton was shot to death this past April, after being shot in the chest three times.  The corner ruled those injuries, were the cause of his death.
